Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Executive Director for Human Resources and/or the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Coordinator will; plan, organize and direct daily Human Resources operations and activities, provide technical assistance to District Administrators, Supervisors and HR department staff concerning human resources programs, functions, policies, procedures, etc., ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and employment laws; lead, train, and provide work direction to assigned personnel.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in human resources, personnel, public administration, business administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum three years of progressive professional level personnel management experience and training in areas including human resources/payroll information systems; benefits administration; contract and labor law; Worker’s Compensation reporting, ACA compliance and reporting, and/or employer/employee labor relations including at least one year in a lead capacity. 3. Other combinations of degree and/or experience may be considered. Please review the job description for more information.
