Education and Training Required:
High school graduate or equivalent and two (2) years security or law enforcement experience
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
-Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates
-Valid California's driver’s license.
-Pepper Spray and Baton Endorsements
-Possession of a California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services guard card.
-Must also complete the California SB 1626 24 hour BSIS Campus Security Course and provide certification prior to start of employment.
-832 P.C. Arrest, Search & Seizure (40 hours Course) or police academy or equivalent training.
-Completed FEMA Incident Command System 100
-Obtain specialized equipment certification as required
