Requirements / Qualifications
Credential Requirements: Valid California Preliminary or Clear Credential authorizing service in the Resource Classroom serving all disability areas (Mild/Moderate/Severe) in grades 9-12, or the ability to obtain a waiver. English Language Learner Authorization (CLAD/CTEL, etc.).
All of the following must be submitted by the Application Deadline Date in order to be considered: 1) Completed EdJoin On-line Application Form, 2) Letter of Interest or Introduction, 3) Professional Resume 4) Copy of Credential or CTC online verification showing expiration date 5) English Language Learner Authorization (CLAD/CTEL, etc.) 6) Minimum of three recent letters of recommendation from current or previous supervisors.

Lone Pine is a small rural community located on the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada mountains at the base of Mt. Whitney, approximately 200 miles northeast of Los Angeles on Hwy 395. A wide variety of recreational activities include skiing (Mammoth Lakes is 100 miles north) hiking, mountain climbing, golf, tennis, boating and fishing. The District includes 2 schools: one necessary small high school with 101 students and one elementary/middle school with 212 students.
