-Valid California Credential authorizing assignment as follows: Single Subject in Physical Education with Added Authorization in Adapted Physical Education -English Learner Authorization -Letter of Introduction -Resume -2 Letters of Recommendation -Copy of credential -Copy of transcripts Please respond to all application questions. Employment with the Oceanside Unified School District is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical examination, including drug testing and fingerprint clearance. OUSD will provide the needed forms to complete these requirements.
