Job Summary

Job Summary

The Coordinator, ROP Department collaborates and coordinates with public education, business, and the community to build diverse partnerships that positively impact student college and career success. The ROP Department Coordinator assists in the linkage, development, and coordination of education and workforce development systems, projects, and events designed to support the development and growth of county-wide integrated pathways and the San Bernardino County Vision.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Possession of a valid California teaching credential; • Possession of a valid California Administrative Services credential; • Possession of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university; • Four (4) years of experience in building business/education partnerships; • Five (5) years combined experience working in any of the following: Career Technical Education, integrated pathway development and implementation, economic workforce development, business/community partnerships; • Two (2) Years of experience monitoring and maintaining budgets.
