Job Summary
• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in general office functions. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Computer literate, strong working knowledge of MS word, excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to multi-task. • Must have good organizational skills The Administrative Assistant will enhance the early education office by developing and implementing a positive, helpful and friendly atmosphere so that it will contribute to a smooth and effective operation of the early education. Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education/California State qualifying college units. Preferred 1 year of experience. Valid 1st Aid and Pediatric CPR certificates issued by an authorized agency. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1 year of administrative experience in an early childhood setting.
