MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from a recognized college or university, preferably with a degree in human resources, psychology, public administration, behavioral sciences, law or a related field and 3 years increasingly responsible human resources experience implementing policies and procedures including six months of recent professional-level experience that includes the development, research, or analysis of personnel selection procedures.
