Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned administrator, assist in the preparation, installation, set-up, and operation of scenery, props, and sound, lighting and rigging equipment and systems for theater productions and special events; perform a variety of custodial and general maintenance activities involved in maintaining performing arts center buildings and facilities in a safe, sanitary, clean and orderly condition; work a flexible schedule as needed by the position.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school and two years experience working with general maintenance and custodial functions or two years experience involving the set-up and operation of stage rigging, lighting, and sound equipment in a theater or similar environment is required.
