Job Summary

The Manager, Dual Enrollment Programming is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of innovative and consistently high-quality administrative functions and activities related to the dual enrollment programming to streamline processes, interact with partners (including but not limited to: Alliance schools, college site administrator, personnel from multiple community colleges, staff from the County Office of Education), and working with Alliance schools to create standardized and sustainable practices/systems which will ultimately support Alliance’s aspiration of 75% or more of our scholars graduating from a 4-year college or university. The Manager, Dual Enrollment will be part of the Alliance Counseling and College Success Team, reporting to the Director, School Counseling. They will work collaboratively with the larger Equity Programs Team and cross-functionally across organizational departments. This is a grant funded role that is anticipated to last until June 30, 2027, but evaluation of funding to determine continuation of the role will happen on a year-to-year basis.
