Requirements / Qualifications
Required: - 2 Letters of Recommendation required. - Good communication skills. - Experience working with children. - Kind, student-centered, energetic. Desirable: - Knowledge of District/site policies, procedures & regulations regarding appropriate student behavior; of basic security/safety procedures; of student behavior and the techniques for supervising students - Ability to act in a professional/positive manner; to establish & maintain cooperative/effective working relationships with others; to deal with normal and possibly confrontational situations sufficiently. - Bilingual Spanish/English desired, but not required.
