Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related technical field. Additional in-depth experience plus college level classes may substitute the degree requirement. - 5-8 years of experience in computer hardware support, software support, end-user technical support, and customer service. - Requires strong management, administrative, communication, supervisory, and leadership skills.
