Job Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent and/or designee, the TOSA will coordinate comprehensive literacy and intervention programs district-wide in alignment with district goals and the State and Federal Learning Loss and COVID funding. This will include implementation of intervention district-wide, and may include co-teaching or modeling instructional practices to students as needed. working with classroom teachers through on-site coaching to enhance instruction, The focus of the TOSA work will be on supporting the development, implementation, and assessment of intervention to support academic and social-emotional success for all students including a focus on underserved and unduplicated groups. Requirements / Qualifications
Requirements: Education and Certification Required: • Valid California Teaching Credential • Bachelor’s Degree or higher earned from a regionally accredited college or university • English Lerner Authorization (CLAD) • Valid California Driver’s License • Four or more years of successful classroom teaching experience • Three or more years of experience working with systems of support in school settings Desirable: • Administrative Services Credential • BCLAD
