Job Summary
The job of Human Resource Technician is done for the purpose/s of overseeing classified/certificated employee applicant processing, maintaining potential employee status records; providing information to a variety of internal departments, outside agencies and the public and monitoring assigned programs and processes. Job related experience with two years of increasing levels of responsibility to include ability to monitor staff and efficient processing of substitute employees; maintain record keeping, and prepare a variety of specialized reports for accuracy and complying with state, federal, and district regulations.
Requirements / Qualifications
Typing, filing, standard office practices, correct English usage, spelling, grammar and basic arithmetic; excellent computer skills; High School graduate or equivalent; two years of clerical experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Job related experience to include ability to monitor staff attendance for coverage and efficient processing of substitute employees; maintain record keeping, and prepare a variety of specialized reports for accuracy and complying with state, federal, and district regulations.
