Resume COVID-19 Vaccination Card is required. Experience in higher education is required. GENERAL SUMMARY: The Credential Analyst / Registrar is responsible for maintaining all Title II processes, reports, and documentation as well collecting and processing credential information, student records, enrollment, and registrar duties. Assists the Dean and Department Chair in the accreditation process. Additional Benefits: Paid Time Off : 12 paid sick days, 12 paid vacation days and 2 paid floater days. Additional paid holidays. 403(B) Retirement Plan (Fortune matches up to 4% of contributions after one year of employment)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: • Coordinates the processes for collecting and processing credential information, student records, enrollment, and registrar duties. • Schedules pre-service, district intern, and administrative services credential program candidates for courses, workshops, and supervision via Schoology and creates and manages grade worksheets for instructors. • Attends committee meetings as assigned and attends conferences as applicable. • Produces student status reports related to CalAPA and CalTPA. • Assists the Dean and Department Chair in preparation for IIA, BPPE, and WASC accreditation site visit(s). • Coordinates events that take place in the Higher Education Department. • Coordinates authorized flyers, recruitment materials, and advertisements for the Higher Education Department. • Performs additional program tasks, as requested/needed by the Higher Education Department. • Assists in updating/producing the academic catalog and candidate handbook. • Assists in evaluating prospective program partnerships. • Adheres to California Commission on Teacher Credentialing regulations and Fortune School of Education policies to produce accurate reports. Qualifications: Required knowledge, skills & abilities: • Utilizes higher education data, using appropriate technology, to produce accurate and timely reports that support school and institutional goals. • Audits and performs necessary applications as site administrator to the educator preparation program via the learning management system, Schoology. • Maintains all Title II processes, reports, and documentation, and other reports as assigned. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. • Experience in higher education is required. • High-level computer skills including Microsoft Suite and Google Docs. • Experience with Schoology and/or other Learning Management Systems. Working Conditions: Physical Abilities • Hearing and speaking to conduct group training, exchange information in person electronically and over the telephone • Ability to read printed material and computer screens. Ability to understand speech at normal levels • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment • Kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally to retrieve and store files and supplies. • Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach, walk, sit and stand for extended periods of time.
