Job Summary

Job Summary

This position includes a $4,000 sign on and continuation bonus! The STRTP Head of Service (HOS) is responsible for providing clinical leadership for a youth, short-term integrated residential treatment program. The HOS oversees a team of clinicians who provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and therapy utilizing trauma responsive and youth centric approach and oversees a team of certified substance abuse disorders counselors who provide substance abuse counseling and psycho-education to clients in individual, group and family. The HOS will provide regular consultation and training to supervisors as well as to social worker and direct care staff.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, or Psychology/Counseling or in a related field and licensed with the Board of Behavioral Science (BBS), LMFT, LPCC or Psychologist and qualified to provide Clinical supervision to Master’s level interns towards licensure. • A minimum of two years’ experience providing SUD services and three years’ experience providing clinical services to youth with complex trauma. • A minimum of two years’ experience in administrative supervision or management. • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and regulatory body; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record. Required Documents • Three (3) References
