Black Oak Speech Therapy, Inc. provides speech, language, reading, and feeding services to children with a wide range of needs using a collaborative approach and evidence-based practices. This independently-owned practice was established in 2017 and provides evaluations and therapy throughout the El Dorado County and greater Sacramento areas. We also provide private individual and group therapy to individuals in our clinic setting, in their home, virtually, and in various school settings. Our therapists have been trained in a variety of techniques for assessment and therapy, such as: Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding, research-based literacy instruction, PROMPT therapy (level 2), Augmentative Alternative Communication assessment/therapy, and more. Job Summary

Job Summary

Black Oak Speech Therapy, Inc. are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CF), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, Monday through Friday (weekend days available upon request). A qualified individual will maintain the proper certification and is willing to work alongside our other professionals and SLPs/SLPAs to provide therapy at our clinic, home, and/or school-based locations (positions available for each setting or a combination of settings dependent on therapist’s interest/experience). Our team works together as a whole to use children's strengths to support their needs. We are excited to find someone to join our team.

Requirements / Qualifications

Credential Requirements -> CA state Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow active licensure required -> ASHA CCCs (Preferred) Required Documents -> Resume -> Two (2) - Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (or reference contact information)
