**YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION IF ALL DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED BY THE DEADLINE Completed Classified Edjoin application - Resume - At least three Signed Letters of Reference less than one year old and one must be from immediate supervisor. (Electronic signatures are not accepted.) -Typing certificate minimum 40 net words per minute 5 minutes in duration issued within the last two years. (On-line certificates are not accepted) Must pass Secretarial/Clerical examination: Exam will be administered Friday, August 25, 2023, at 9 am. Location - 1717 W. Merced Ave., West Covina 91790. All of the required documents must be submitted with the application in order to test and be considered for the position. **THIS IS THE FINAL NOTICE OF THE TESTING DATE!!! Must pass the Spanish Language Assessment Exam - Date to be determined Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Examples of Duties: Under the direction of the assigned administrator, supervises the English Language Testing Center activities and personnel, maintains and regularly updates a variety of records, files, and data relevant to English Language Learners, researches and compiles statistical information for various reports, including those required by state and federal legal compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Equivalent to graduation from high school, and one year increasingly responsible secretarial experience. Licenses/Other: Passing score on written secretarial examination and typing of net 40 words per minute. A typing certificate must be attached with application.
