Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * High School Diploma or the equivalent; and * 2 years of college (48 units + ), or Associate's degree (A. A.) or higher; or * Pass a local assessment of reading and math skills. Tutoring experience and/or working students preferred. Experience working online within a classroom setting and small groups preferred.
Competency test will be administered to all qualified applicants. Must apply through EdJoin and upload attachments named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) in order to be considered for this position.

The Venture Online Instructional Aide will meet with small groups and teachers whom they directly work with in a virtual setting. We are looking for an Instructional Aide to work with 9-12 grade students. See job description for more information.
