Requirements / Qualifications

Ed-Join Application. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school. College level coursework in a related field is desirable. One year of increasingly responsible experience in Human Resources. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance will be required prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years of age.

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned Human Resources Manager, perform technical, and responsible administrative support duties in assigned functions of the Human Resources Office, serve as an informational resource and provide assistance to employees and the general public regarding personnel functions, policies, and procedures; prepare and maintain a variety of manual and automated personnel files, records, and reports; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day. APPLICATION PROCEDURES: Application will not be considered unless completed in full.
