ECS is seeking an experienced principal to serve as substitute when one of ECS’ four principals is absent or takes an extended leave. When a substitute is not required, the Principal Substitute may be assigned special projects focused on instruction, discipline and team management, based on the skills of the applicant and the needs of the organization. The Principal Substitute is temporarily responsible for the overall administration of a school, grades 6–8 or 9–12. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: increasing student academic achievement, building positive student-focused relationships, maintaining a safe, clean and attractive school, and optimizing the use of the school facility.
