Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced education desirable with courses in business practice, English or human relations; previous secretarial or administrative assistant experience involving public contact. REQUIRED MATERIALS THAT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION: You will need to complete the Workplace Technology Performance Assessment and attach results to your application. The Workplace Technology Performance Assessment includes 3 subtests: 1. Microsoft Word (currently testing 2019 version) 2. Microsoft Outlook (currently testing 2019 version) 3. Proofreading The Workplace Performance Assessment is intended to provide the interview panel information about your clerical skills during the interview process.
