The step advancement structure is such that, depending on hire date, it could take as long as 18 months before your first salary step increase.
Education/Experience Requirement
Any combination equivalent to: Completion of the twelfth grade; four years of increasingly responsible clerical/ secretarial experience, including the use of personal computers and extensive public contact. Experience in an educational setting is desired.
