All classroom assistants must have one of the following: AA degree or higher from an accredited college or university; 48 or more college semester units from an accredited college or university, course work must be completed with a grade of “C” or better, “pass,” or “credit”; verification of passing results from a county-wide instructional assistant examination as required by NCLB. Attach documentation showing one of the above requirements.
