Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Star Academy Principal or designee the Administrative Assistant performs a variety of complex clerical duties and assists in assuring smooth and efficient office operations of Natomas Charter School.

Requirements / Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant Star Academy works with a highly collaborative team of administrators, teachers, staff, and administrative assistants on our Gloster Way campus. The ideal candidate has significant administrative experience working in a K-12 school or public sector environment and enjoys interacting with students, parents, and teachers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical and customer service skills who is self-directed and deadline oriented. The ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based technology applications. Currently we have two Admininstrative Assistant positions open for Star Academy. Please provide a cover letter, resume and three letters of recommendation.
