Under the direction of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services and an assigned Child Nutrition Manager, oversee and participate in food service operations including the preparation, cooking, baking, serving and selling of food items to meet student needs at an assigned school cafeteria; prep, cook and serve hot and cold menu items to students and staff; maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition. Assist in inventory, production, ordering and accounting as assigned. Cover in the absence of the site manager.
