JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT. The Elementary Instructional Coach works under the direction of site administration and elementary curriculum and instruction, to serve as a teaching resource in content specific curriculum and instruction, assessment, and professional development for instructional staff. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Incumbents may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree is required (from an accredited college/university). EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching at the elementary level. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Applicants are required to submit the following through Ed-Join prior to the position closing date/time: • Edjoin application • Letter of interest • Three current professional letters of reference • Resume • Copy of California teaching credential(s) (or equivalent) - Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (w/EL authorization) • Copy of transcripts • Copy of test scores
CREDENTIALS/CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Multiple Subject Teaching Credential authorization. Must have an English Learner authorization (CLAD, BCLAD, CTEL, SDAIE). Please upload a copy of the detailed CTC document which delineates the EL Authorization. NOTE: PLEASE ATTACH THE DETAILED CTC DOCUMENT TO SHOW CREDENTIAL AND EL AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION.

$54,697 to $132,078 (depending on qualifications and experience), plus a generous health and welfare package. Up to 12 years maximum service credit given. (Maximum entry-level salary $115,541).
