Job Summary

Under supervision of the Centralized Custodial Program and may receive functional direction from the Site Administrator; to plan, coordinate, oversee and supervise cleaning activities at a comprehensive high school plant facility; to keep assigned areas and facilities clean, orderly, safe and operational; to assist in opening and closing of the assigned plant facility. This position is typically assigned to the daytime shift as a working lead position with specific responsibilities of performing cleaning duties, scheduling, assigning and overseeing a large crew of custodians and performs related work as may be required. Positions in this class are assigned to a comprehensive high school. Incumbents confer with and are assisted by the Centralized Custodial Program in areas of technical and personnel instructions, training, and guidance in the use and application of equipment, cleaning materials and chemicals. This position is a working lead with specific responsibilities.

Copy of HS diploma or transcripts showing graduation date or copy of GED Certificate, or a copy of transcripts showing high school graduation date (PROOF OF EDUCATION MUST BE ATTACHED TO EDJOIN APPLICATION)
