Job Summary
The dean of climate and culture is responsible for developing and maintaining systems, processes, and policies that maintain a positive, safe, and learning-centered culture at the school site. The dean supports staff, parents, and students to implement systems that align social-emotional learning and behavioral intervention systems to create a positive learning environment and school culture for the Ingenium School community. The dean provides support and professional development to staff, addressing classroom management and other school culture and climate topics. The dean is responsible for fostering partnerships and collaboration with families, community members and organizations
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: --Application of Quality Learning in own classroom as a teacher before seeking administrative role preferred --A clear California teaching credential (or out-of-state equivalent), PPS, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, preferred --Experience building positive culture --Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred --CPR and 1st Aid trained, preferred
