Job Summary
The Work-Based Learning Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist in planning, organizing, and supporting student enrollment in work-based learning activities for high school and adult career technical education programs. The Work-based Learning Specialist will develop and maintain working relationships with students, parents, school personnel, and community partners and will also serve as a resource to North Orange County ROP’s five partner school districts.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & TRAINING: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required 2. Two years of experience in job placement or community relations work DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree - Knowledge of Career Technical Education
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES: A valid California Class C or Class 3 Driver's License, the ability to maintain insurability status, and access to personal and reliable transportation are required.
