Adelante Charter School of Santa Barbara (ACS) offers an exciting once in a lifetime opportunity to teach in a dual immersion K-6 program. Adelante CS seeks candidates who use the appropriate curriculum and teaching methodologies to establish a culture of educational excellence. Adelante CS provides professional development opportunities and collaboration to further advance the critical thinking skills and practices. Teachers must be visionaries and eager to be in the forefront of educational pedagogies. Adelante Charter School is looking for exceptional intellectual teachers who will provide students with project-based hands-on learning experiences. Teachers who are prepared and can demonstrate success in Language Arts in Spanish and English, Sheltered Instruction practices, Science and Technology highly desirable.

Valid California Teaching Credential or equivalent BCLAD certification, or working towards or willingness to complete certification (Spanish)
