They will collaborate with the Student and Family Services Coordinators (SFSCs), School leaders, Central Office teams to ensure a comprehensive, coherent school strategy, including but not limited to, planning, data management, outreach, and marketing. They will work with all levels at the ISANA Central Offices and at our schools, as well as with families, students, community-based partners, and external stakeholders. Primary role of the Coordinator is to ensure that all ISANA schools are fully enrolled. The Coordinator will accomplish this by engaging with families and the community, increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness through the recruitment and enrollment process, analyzing trends to drive recruitment and enrollment decision making, and developing best practices. They will train and coach school team members on effective recruitment and enrollment strategies and implement new practices across the organization. The Coordinator will directly report to the Chief Operations Office and/or the Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Student Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator include, but are not limited to: • Partner with the COO to develop and oversee the execution of ISANAs student recruitment and enrollment strategy • Define metrics, set targets, and track progress against recruitment and enrollment goals across the organization • Partner with media department on development of standardized marketing materials and planning/implementation of both online and offline recruitment strategies • Work with school sites to ensure Social Media channels ar
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications • Five years experience in people and/or project management • Demonstrated record of success in managing varied stakeholders to outcomes • Experience in school operations or business operations (project management, vendor management, etc.) with track record of success • Strong project management experience; strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated passion for the mission, vision and values of ISANA Academies • Excellent communication skills with diverse constituents; clear writer, facilitator and speaker • Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in Spanish a plus • Ability to tackle multiple projects and initiatives at once with a strong sense or organization, prioritization, follow through and results orientation • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility
