• Health coverage up to $12,256 toward a district-provided health plan or $7,745 cash in lieu
• Contributions to retirement

• Annual stipend for the highest degree earned:
• $250 Associates stipend
• $500 Bachelors stipend
• $750 Masters stipend
• $750 Doctorate stipend
