- Teach 9th-12th grade students ASL at varying levels from beginning to intermediate levels
- Ensure the students are meeting the appropriate benchmarks throughout the school year
- Work with other colleagues and administrators on how to further develop the department and students
Requirements
Bachelor Degree required, completion of the CBEST, and a Teaching Credential preferred. Minimum of two years teaching experience in the classroom preferred. Must be able to relate professionally with students, parents, and staff. Demonstrate excellence in a variety of teaching techniques in the subject of expertise. Ability to implement technology in the classroom--google suite ; canvas ; apple TV ; iPad ; and other tech educational programs.
