Ontario Christian staff and facility lays a biblical foundation for our Christ-centered mission of Growing Christian Leaders. Ontario Christian seeks Substitute Teachers to add to our insightful and faithful teaching staff. Ontario Christian Schools is seeking to establish an applicant pool for Substitute Teachers for grades preschool through twelfth. We are looking for dynamic Teachers who have had 0-2+ years of teaching experience. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can help provide continuity in education while they are on campus. A substitute teacher at Ontario Christian School should follow Jesus daily, love working with students, exhibit a servant's heart, works well with other teachers, and is able to execute lesson plans. Assignments will range from long term to short term assignments. Our Substitutes are "on-call" and work as needed when called on either hourly or full-day assignments. Ourschool year runs from mid-August to the end of May. As a distinctly Christian school, Ontario Christian maintains high spiritual and lifestyle expectations of its employees. Requirements for this role are as follows. Experience Zero (0) to Two (2) + years of teaching experience in the applicable field.
