We build your caseload in your region, based around your home as a starting point, anywhere in San Diego County: parts of Central San Diego, East County, South Bay, or North County areas. Great bonus structure (+est. $6K-12K+/yr.), 4 weeks PTO, signing bonus, specialty stipends; flexible start date! Radiant Kids Therapy is a locally-owned, therapist-directed company with an amazing team of high-caliber therapists (SLPs, OTs and PTs), great mentorship and a strong emphasis on supporting our team members well! Our therapists’ job satisfaction and support is just as important to us as our clients’ satisfaction with the excellent services they receive. Radiant Kids Therapy currently has 2-3 openings for full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologists to add to our amazing SLP team. We offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work. We are looking for a high-caliber Speech-Language Pathologist who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.
