Education: * Bachelor degree (required) * Experience in college access, student services, financial aid, or college admissions (preferred) Experience: * Minimum 1-2 years experience providing direct services to students and parents, multicultural populations or under-prepared students General Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age or older * Must pass a DOJ/FBI background screen * Must receive TB clearance * Must pass pre-employment drug screening * Must be able to travel and transport supplies between administrative office and site or other locations * If using personal vehicle for travel and transportation of supplies, a valid California Driver License and proof of adequate auto insurance coverage is required
