About the Employer

** F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. ** Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. ** Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. ** Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. ** Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. ** Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

Job Summary

Job Summary

This job is done for the purpose/s of providing clerical support to school district administrative functions; conveying information regarding school and/or District functions and procedures; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements of assigned functions. Support the Administrator for the purpose of providing assistance with their administrative functions. Coordinating office activities and processing requisitions, generates and orders supplies for office, supervisor, etc. Assists with other related duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Passing score on the District Proficiency Test; • Passing score on the District Computer Test; • Passing score on the District Bilingual Teat;

  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (requires 3 Letters of Recommendation)
  • Paraprofessional Testing (Copy of A.A. degree or college transcripts of 48 college units; or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Test)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent)
  • Resume
  • Typing Certificate (50 wpm)
