Valid California Education Specialist Instruction-Visual Impairment (VI) teaching credential with English Learner (EL) Certification. 1. Online EdJoin Certificated Application. 2. Letter of Interest, résumé, and three (3) current letters of recommendation. 3. Copy of CBEST, CSET. 4. Copy of all current credentials held. 5. Copy of transcripts with degree(s) posted.
