Job Summary

Job Summary

<p><span style="font-weight:900">GENERAL INFORMATION:</span> The Program Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Program Manager to support relevant grant funded programming. It is the responsibility of the Program Coordinator to independently plan, organize and perform a wide variety of specialized administrative and program oversight in support of the successful completion of work scope goals and deliverables for these grant-funded projects. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with the Program Manager staff to enhance programming, building and strengthening community relationships, and ensuring the programs meet anticipated targets. This position will be located at the Napa program partner sites and the Main NCOE office. Occasional travel to other local regions and statewide may occur.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: • A bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ work experience involving youth development, school site program management preferred • Experience in working with key school and district personnel and education professionals • Skilled in group facilitation, conflict management, training, public speaking and recruitment is highly valued • CDL and NCOE driving clearance required
