Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the director, the assistant director of human resources shall assume responsibility for the planning, development, coordination, and management of the human resources department. The assistant director serves as a highly thoughtful collaborator who develops team members with a high-level of personal accountability and balances competing priorities. Requirements / Qualifications

- Demonstrated certificated leadership experience required (three years or more preferred), with an emphasis in school administration, human resources and/or educational site management - Possession of a valid, current, and appropriate California state Administrative Services Credential required - A Master’s degree or equivalent work in the field of education as it pertains to the position, leadership, human resources, or administration desired NECESSARY MATERIALS FOR APPLICATION: - Letter of Introduction - Resume - Letters of Recommendation: Three (3) current, professional letters (at least one from a direct supervisor) - Copy of Transcripts: Unofficial copies of all college/university transcripts - Credential Copy (Proof of valid, current, and appropriate California administrative services credential as a PDF print out from CTC (copy should reflect dates of issuance and expiration)
