Mater Dei High School, a co-educational college preparatory Diocesan Catholic high school, has an immediate opening for a Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report directly to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the school’s budget and financial goals. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all finance related and administrative activities of the school. This will include but is not limited to direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, compliance, risk management and insurance, customer service and facilities management, food services and retail campus store. Candidate should be dedicated to the mission of Catholic education, as envisioned in Church documents and teachings, rooted in our core principles of Honor, Glory, and Love. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred. At least 5 years of responsible experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in an educational or non-profit organization is preferred.
