<p><span style="font-weight:900">GENERAL INFORMATION:</span> The Evaluation Coordinator provides evaluation support the Community Programs Department. The Department is composed of four groupings of programs: Expanded Learning, School Safety & Prevention Services, National Service, and Youth in Transition. The Evaluation Coordinator works with the other Evaluation team members and the Program Manager to plan, organize and perform a wide variety of evaluation and activities in support of the successful achievement of goals and deliverables for grant- funded projects. The Evaluation Coordinator works directly under the supervision of the Manager of the Program area. The Evaluation Coordinator also works collaboratively with the NCOE Research and Evaluation Manager under the Continuous Improvement Department.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in education, psychology or social sciences or equivalent experience • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on evaluation and/or research projects • Data entry and data management skills • Experience and knowledge in program areas • Detail-oriented, responsible and highly motivated • CDL and NCOE driving clearance required
