The Substitute Teacher is responsible for delivering instruction and managing classroom environments in the absence of the regular teacher. This role involves following lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring that students remain engaged and on task. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient, and capable of quickly integrating into different classroom settings. Provide learning experiences for students and meet the duties of educators as outlined in laws and board policies in the absence of the assigned teacher/educator.
