12 years of service credit places credentialed candidates on step 13 of one of the highest paid districts in San Bernardino County. PLUS fully District paid induction program!
A fully credentialed speech language pathologist will receive an additional $2,000 recruitment stipend, which 50% will be given at the beginning of the second year. Additionally, to support workforce development, the District will provide financial assistance for SLP interns, covering $500 (per semester) of their educational expenses until they are officially hired as full-time employees. Upon hiring, interns will transition to the contractual salary schedule for SLPs and receive a one-time signing as an added incentive.
