If you do not currently hold a valid CA credential or 30-Day Emergency Permit, please upload a copy of your Certificate of Clearance and your Basic Skills Requirement.
- Copy of Transcript (Must show BA or higher. Unofficial transcripts are okay to upload)
- Credential Copy (30 Day Substitute Permit, Single/Multiple Subject Credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Reference (Must be signed and dated within the last year.)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (Proof of Basic Skill Requirement)
