LOCATION: Headquartered in Oakland, CA; (not remote) Full-time, exempt, SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000/ year At RDA Consulting, Sr. Consultants manage a diverse collection of projects that leverage their consulting skills (e.g. management, facilitation, planning, evaluation, grant writing) and subject matter expertise (e.g. economic/workforce development, post-secondary adult education social services). For this opportunity, content expertise in adult education and/or workforce development, and the ability to frequently attend meetings in the Bay Area is required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Sr. Consultants lead multidisciplinary teams, develop mastery of subject matter or skills expertise, and employ their analytical and creative thinking to tackle client issues. They work on several projects simultaneously, leading and collaborating with others who bring different backgrounds and skill sets. About You · Experience with California’s adult education program (CAEP) and familiarity with CAEP policies, programmatic areas, and systems · Track record as an effective, efficient, and positive team member · Project management experience · Facilitation, board management, and planning experience · A quick learner/self-directed · Demonstrated ability to present information in clear, concise writing for technical and lay audiences · Fluency leading mixed-methods teams in community research and evaluation; stakeholder-engaged planning a plus · Minimum 4 years of relevant experience · Graduate degree in fields related to RDA Consulting’s content and service areas preferred; experience may replace education
