Copy of Transcript (Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university) Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please provide two letters) Resume EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field, Certificates of completion for additional ADA, EEOC, DFEH, FMLA, and related fields preferred. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in employee, employee claims administration, health, and wellness program administration, or Human Resources Management. Demonstrated a high level of successful customer service with the public. Supervising and program oversight and responsibility. Licenses or Certificates Needed: Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. Candidates must provide (and maintain) official motor vehicle driving record and proof of compliance with district safe driving standards.
