Job Summary
Under the direction of the site administrator, perform a variety of technical and clerical library duties in the acquisition, circulation, maintenance and distribution of library books, textbooks, instructional materials and equipment at an assigned high school; assist students and teachers in the selection, location and use of library materials and equipment.

California School Employees Association Agreement Article VI, 6.1.3 states: “Voluntary transfer/promotion requests by an employee for an opening shall be given prior consideration over a new employee.” Article VI, 6.3.2 states: “When a new position is created or an existing position becomes vacant, the District shall first offer the opportunity to transfer or to seek promotion to bargaining unit employees.”
