Job Summary
Under professional direction of the Superintendent, to plan, organize, manage, and direct the elementary and secondary educational programs, the Special Education Program, the Adult and Vocational Education Programs, State and Federal programs, and the Student Services Department; to plan organize, coordinate, and manage the instructional program design and delivery systems, including the District’s staff development and in service programs; to plan, organize, and direct research and development processes, including educational assessment and projection; to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of Board policies, administrative regulations, and the strategies for achieving District goals and objectives; and to do other related functions as directed.

First-level panel interviews are tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 17, 2023*** QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Any combination of experience and education that could provide the required knowledge and ability would be qualifying. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience and five (5) years of successful administrative experience as a site administrator. Demonstrated experience in curriculum/program development and experience at the District Office level is highly desirable. EDUCATION: Equivalent to the completion of a Master of Arts or higher degree in educational administration, instructional technology, curriculum development and design, or closely related fields. CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Possession of a valid California credential authorizing service as district level administrator.

The District will contribute towards health benefits on a prorated basis (based on employee's work year and hours assigned). The benefit package includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus.
$9,360 per year for Employee-only medical benefit selection.
$11,400 per year for Employee+1 or Family medical benefit selection.
