Incarnation Parish School is a Pre-K to 8th elementary school serving the parishioners of Incarnation Church, the City of Glendale, and the foothill communities. Incarnation Parish School is seeking qualified and dedicated substitute teachers. These are “on-call” positions on a first-to-respond basis. The Substitute Teacher Pool is called upon as needed. Duties and responsibilities will be determined based on the needs of the School. Incarnation’s mission is to provide a challenging education centered in the Catholic faith with high expectations in character formation, academic achievement, moral development, and positive relationships with others through faith, excellence, and community. The ideal candidate would be Catholic and would have strong classroom management and problem-solving skills, a professional and friendly disposition, a strong work ethic and desire to work with children. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Successful completion of background check Successful completion of VIRTUS training CBEST Preferred Requirements Teaching or Subbing experience in a TK-8 Catholic school Teaching Credential or Master’s Degree Completed Catechetical Certification Working knowledge of Gradelink, STAR, and G-Suite for Education
